There is a large eat-in kitchen table that includes unique built in bench seating and chairs to seat everyone comfortably. The living area is roomy and comfortable, offering one huge wall with a view of the tidal marsh. It is impeccably decorated with two couches and a club chair which swivels to accommodate conversations, reading, watching the LCD Flat screen Smart TV, or listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos sound system. Xfinity cable is included as well as capability to stream movies through your favorite providers.
